I ask chat support close my account couple times but they dont wanna do it. Finally they ask me to send email to support email box and tell reason why i want closure.


I do that but they still dont wanna close it, just offer some bonus.

  • Closing an account is a simple process with minimal impact—players can reopen their accounts at any time, and the casino has no ongoing obligations toward them.
  • Self-exclusion, on the other hand, comes with stricter restrictions. When a player successfully requests self-exclusion, the casino agrees not to reopen the account, except under specific circumstances (such as after a cooling-off period, but never for players with gambling problems).

Hi. Can close this, account is closed after 3 weeks from request. After when i say i make this complaiment here.


Without this they dont close it.
