I played at Gama Casino using a first deposit bonus and made my deposit via LTC. I successfully completed all wagering requirements and proceeded with the verification process to withdraw my funds.


I provided all the requested documents and confirmed my crypto wallet address via email, which the casino accepted. All my documents were verified, yet every withdrawal attempt was repeatedly canceled.


When I contacted live chat for assistance, they insisted that I provide credit card details. Despite explaining multiple times that I never used a credit card at the casino, the support agent kept demanding it. This request seems both unfair and against the casino's terms. I specifically chose to deposit via cryptocurrency to avoid using a bank card, yet they are now forcing me to provide card details.


I seek your assistance in resolving this issue.
