Firstly, After registration I abandon the site, lately I got a email that I should deposit and get my welcome bonus free bet in which I deposited the sum of £200 but to my surprise no welcome bonus given, after much complaint in live chat and email I was only told they are looking at the issue, after days of waiting I gave up on the bonus. So I play only with my deposit and I lost all the deposited funds.

Days later I got an email that my bonus had been credited, checking I found the bonus of £200 free and I played with it and won upto £794.

After then I created a withdrawal but 5days later no withdrawal paid just been on pending, during this period have sent email but all I got is that the relevant department are working on it till date. So been my first on the site am really frustrated because I have never experienced such before.

My first withdrawal was declined due to KYC in which I did and my account was verified.

I made another withdrawal of £500 just left with £290 bcuz max withdrawal is £500

Pls how do I go about this bcuz it going to a week no payment yet.
