The player from Slovakia has requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. The payment hasn’t been processed yet.
I have repeatedly requested the casino to pay out my withdrawal after their time period of 3 business days has expired. I requested a withdrawal on 30.1.2026. Today is 5.2 and my request has not even moved a bit to the resolution stage. My problem with the withdrawal has been repeatedly ignored, despite warnings that I will report them. I also have photo documentation of communication with their staff.
