So I made a deposit a direct deposit wich means I directly logged into my bank fton the munro gambling site and deposit the $20, after I made that deposit it didn't get credited to my account so I reached out to support and was told I needed to wait 24-48 hours wich I did!! Then I reached out once again and they said I needed to provide proof of this deposit wich I did and I've been continuously sending them bank statements but they want pdf copies vs me raking photos of my bank statements and they first said they wanted statements from the 27of Feb wich I gave them multiple times now they want statements from the 27th till the 6of April.so the current date but as anyone knows online banking statements are a full.month behind also I can't get pdf copies of NY statements I have the pictures but that doesn't seem to be good enough so it's going on 2 months and I still haven't received my money back from them

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes one month approximately. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
