I tried withdrawing an amount of 10000 inr after winning but it triggered their system for kyc verification and even after submitting all the documents they asked they are still stalling and I raised multiple complaints but they're continuously redirecting me to their security team which isn't responding and I have all the screenshot of the texts with their customer service and their security team and they asked me to wait for 48 hours which has already passed.
