Iv requested a withdrawal for 22500$ and it will be sitting at 72 hours today that is been sitting in the pending state, when they say 24 to 48 hours, what should i realistically do, iv verified everything that I believe i have to, I just dont want to get to 14 days in and they decline it for supposed (you need to verify more information) any ideas on what im able to do?

iv only received the very first withdrawal of 7500$ and havent received the second one yet, i canceled the 3rd one of 7500$ and the 4th of 5000$ and blew it because i was bored and sick of waiting for the money, but the 2nd transaction of 7500$ is still pending and they havent paid that withdrawal yet after 2 weeks now.

Hey there dominika,


Yes my kyc is 100% complete as i have recieved the 1st 7500$ withdrawal, if my kyc was not complete they wouldnt have given me that first withdrawal im guessing.


I never play with bonus bets as i dont like the wager limits, so no I didnt play that with bonuses.


I requested the withdrawal on the 12th of September 2025 at 16:07.


These are afew of the transcripts that i have in my email, As i dont have them all and never thought id ever need them because theyve always seemed like a trustable site to me.

Iv only added these 5 at the moment, as it will only let me add 5 but im sure you understand the general idea of what theyre saying, it seems like theyre keeping me on a string waiting and holding off on paying for as long as they can, I dont really know why but.

The recalled one has nothing to do with the pending one as it was originally 3 x 7500$ withdrawals and also 1 x 5000$ withdrawal, and i ended up losing 12500$ as I was bored and sick of waiting but atleast wanted 15000$ out of it.
