Withdrawal of €500 Delayed – Dragonia Casino


Hello,


I requested a €500 withdrawal from Dragonia Casino on 16 October 2025.

According to the casino’s Terms & Conditions, withdrawals should be processed within 3–5 business days and lighting fast on electronic wallets.


(No verification required as I tried in verification section) so I have completed all KYC verification and have no active bonus or wagering requirements. Despite several follow-ups, the casino has not provided any payment confirmation, date, or transaction reference.


The support team replied on 23 October 2025, apologizing for "busy workflows" and saying the request is "being transferred," but after more than 9 business days, I still have not received the funds.


I kindly ask for assistance to ensure Dragonia Casino processes my withdrawal and releases the €500 owed to me.
