I firstly won around 400 euro on the 20/11/2025, I submitted my withdrawal request which is usally instant but the next day it was returned to my account and its been an endless cycle of it being returned into my account as if its not even being sent. My account was verified recently to this yet they wanted pictures of bank statements which I sent to which I recieved 0 response. I have emailed and contacted their support system and met with the same copy and pasted reply with no clear timeframe. I used no bonuses or free spins when I won this money and have followed their rules. I then gambled out of boredom with this money since it kept being returned to my account and won an extra 100 euro, again this is completely within their rules and essentially I want my money now. Their support system is an absoloute joke and im disgusted with how Ive been treated, especially with my quick responses to their requests. I see no other way to resolve this but to contact this company in hopes you can resolve this before they decide to void my funds on unfair grounds. This money was won fairly and excactly to their Ts&Cs.

Hi yes its the excact same payment method Ive used for all previous withdrawls and deposits. I use revolut and the last withdrawal was on the 9/11/2025 for 120 euro and it was instant, all previous withdrawals were also instant. All winnings were accumulated without any bonuses or free spins. Id like to note that I know someone else who is experiencing the excact same issue as me and is getting 0 response from betmaster as well.
